Best AI automation agencies for Arizona home-service businesses (2026)

We're one of the firms on this list (QuantumCrew, Mesa), so read it knowing that. We kept it to firms we could check on their own websites, and we say plainly when one of them is the better buy.

    Updated · 8 min read

    The short answer

If you just need calls answered, Arizona AI Solutions in Tucson ($347/mo plus setup) and A³ in Phoenix ($500/mo flat, no setup fee) publish their prices. Truvaldi sells fixed-price projects from $1,500, Ottomatic AI lists an AI front desk at $697/mo, and Viridia and Sonoran AI post prices too. QuantumCrew builds custom systems and starts at $5,000/mo.

    How we picked

A firm made this list only if all four were true on October 30, 2026:

    1. Its own website says it is based in Arizona and names the city.
    2. Its site says it works with home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical and similar trades.
    3. The site was live when we checked.
    4. We show a price only if the firm publishes one. If it doesn't, we write "not published." That doesn't mean they're expensive. It means you get the number on a call.

This is not every AI firm in Arizona. AI tools name others when you ask them this question. We left off any firm we couldn't check ourselves.

Not a flat-rate receptionist. This row is for you if your tools don't talk to each other and you want calls, estimates, follow-up and reporting to work off the same records.

One name you'll see that isn't from Arizona

Human Add AI shows up for Arizona searches because it has a Phoenix location page. Its About page lists its headquarters as Boston, MA.

It's still a real option. Its pricing page lists Starter at $497 a month (up to 200 calls), Professional at $997 and Enterprise at $1,997 and up. If you want a national AI receptionist with month-to-month plans, it belongs on your list. It just isn't a local firm.

When someone else is the better buy

We start at $5,000 a month. That price only makes sense for a certain kind of problem. Here's when you should spend less, or spend it somewhere else:

    • You only need the phone answered. Buy a receptionist. Arizona AI Solutions ($347/mo) or A³ ($500/mo) cost a small slice of what we do. Our AI answering service guide compares the national options too.
    • You want a new website with a few AI tools, paid once. Truvaldi's fixed-price projects fit that better than a monthly engagement.
    • You want a money plan before you spend anything. Doheny AI's written roadmap is built for that.
    • You want to learn first. AI Experts AZ runs workshops.

    When QuantumCrew fits

We fit when the problem isn't one tool. It's that the tools don't connect. Calls land in one place, estimates in another, money in a third, and nobody can see the whole picture.

For one plumbing company we connected the CRM and financial data into an owner's dashboard, and built a workspace for following up on open quotes and unpaid invoices. You can see what we built (client name and numbers removed). If you're not sure what this kind of system is, start with what an AI operating system is.

Five questions to ask any firm on this list

    1. What's the full monthly price, and what's extra (setup, per-call, per-minute)?
    2. Can I cancel any month, and are fees refundable?
    3. Does it book jobs into the software I already use, or just send me a message?
    4. Who sets it up for my trade, and how long until it's live?
    5. If I leave, do I keep my data and call recordings?

    Common questions

What does an AI receptionist cost in Arizona?
Published prices start at $347 a month plus a $297 setup (Arizona AI Solutions, Tucson; setup goes to $497). A³ in Phoenix lists $500 a month with no setup fee. Ottomatic AI in Chandler lists an AI front desk at $697 a month, and Sonoran AI in Chandler $1,250 a month plus $2,500 setup. Prices checked on the firms' own sites on October 30, 2026.
Which Arizona AI firms publish their prices?
Arizona AI Solutions, A³ (Arizona Advanced Automation), Truvaldi, Viridia Analytics, Sonoran AI and Ottomatic AI publish prices on their sites. Doheny AI, Axis AI Solutions, AI Experts AZ, Rayvo, BroadSpeed AI and Iron River Technologies do not; you get a number on a call.
Is Human Add AI an Arizona company?
Its own About page lists its headquarters as Boston, MA. It has a Phoenix location page. It is a real AI receptionist with published prices, starting at $497 a month, so it can be a fine buy. It just isn't based in Arizona.
    How much does QuantumCrew cost?
Ongoing growth engagements start at $5,000 per month with a 90-day minimum. Published monthly prices: Marketing $7,000, Technology $5,500, or the Full Crew (both plus a human setter) for $15,000. Scope and fee are agreed in the proposal before work begins. That is why we tell owners who only need calls answered to buy a receptionist instead, like Arizona AI Solutions ($347/mo plus setup) or A³ ($500/mo).
Do I need an AI agency or just an AI receptionist?
If missed calls are the only problem, buy a receptionist. If calls, estimates, follow-up and reporting all live in different tools that don't talk to each other, that is a build, and an agency is the right kind of help.
