QuantumCrew.ai provides fractional CMO services — managed marketing and technology, powered by AI — for home service contractors, including:

• Paid advertising management (Google Local Services Ads, Meta)
• Lead generation (SEO, content, and B2B outreach)
• CRM build and automation (lead routing, follow-up, and missed-call text-back)
• Reporting and analytics dashboards
• Reputation and review management
• Website and landing page management

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Registration

To use our Services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Services are provided on a subscription basis with pricing determined at signup. You agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms presented at registration. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for services not yet rendered. Contact us within 30 days of billing if you believe you were charged in error.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to cancellation.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (via checkbox, web form, verbal agreement, or by texting us first), you agree to receive customer care and conversational SMS messages from QuantumCrew.ai — including appointment reminders, follow-ups on consultations, service-related updates, and account notifications. Messages may be sent with automated technology. SMS consent is optional and separate from your agreement to these Terms.

• Message frequency may vary by program.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• We will not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the SMS/messaging service providers that help us deliver these messages, solely for that purpose.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Level and Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Data and Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into our Services. You grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve our Services. We will not sell or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by QuantumCrew.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUMCREW.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumCrew.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
