    Implementation case study / Apparel

    From first inquiry
    to finished order.
    One connected workflow.

A custom operating system for an apparel company, connecting lead intake, proposals, invoicing, and production jobs. The implementation included billing migration and data integrations with existing sales platforms.

    The operating challenge

An apparel order is a chain of handoffs.

The inquiry starts in sales. The proposal establishes the work. Invoicing handles the commercial side. Production needs the product, artwork, and job details to deliver the order.

QuantumCrew built an operating system to connect those steps. Billing migration and integrations with existing sales platforms were included in the scope, alongside the day-to-day tools for sales and job management.

    What we built

The workflow behind the finished order.

    Lead intake

Bring incoming opportunities into a shared lead workspace with source, assignment, and follow-up status.

    Proposal generation

Build proposal generation into the sales workflow, alongside the company's customer, catalog, and pricing information.

    Invoicing

Connect invoicing to the sales process so billing is part of the same operating workflow.

    Job management

Give production a stage-by-stage job board, from waiting on artwork or product through preparation, shipping, and completion.

    Billing migration

Migrate billing as part of the implementation, connecting the financial workflow to the new operating system.

    Sales-platform integration

Integrate operating-system data with multiple existing sales platforms, bringing the new system into the broader business workflow.

    Inside the implementation

Sales and production, in the same system.

Product views from the implementation. Client identity and business data have been redacted.

One starting point for sales and production.

The home view brings sales actions, proposals, jobs, catalog, pricing, and reporting into a central workspace.

    The implementation

Build the system around how the order moves.

This implementation brings together custom software, billing work, and platform integrations. Sales and production each have a place in the operating system, with the job board making the delivery stages visible.

This case documents the implementation scope and interface. Client identity, operating figures, and financial results remain private.
